90 Day Fiancé: Armando Rubio Niedermeier Is Moving To The U.S. (Everything To Know About His Visa Status)

90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way star Armando Rubio Niedermeier can finally move to America with Kenny Niedermeier. Armando is from Mexico and met Kenny in a group for single fathers. Both Armando and Kenny had lost their unborn babies due to different circumstances. It brought them closer, and the friends decided to date. Kenny, from Florida, left his four kids and grandchildren behind to start a new life with Armando and his daughter in a new country.

However, living in Mexico came with its challenges, especially for Kenny, who found it difficult to grasp the language at his age. Kenny and Armando have an age gap of 26 years. It also led to Armando and Kenny arguing on the topic of babies. Kenny didn’t want to change diapers at his age, while Armando wanted a child of their own. When they finally decided to try IVF, their surrogate ghosted them. Still, Kenny and Armando didn’t give up on the pricey process but have yet to reveal if it was a success.

Armando & Kenny Got Married Four Years Ago

It Wasn't An Easy Road To Married Life For Armando & Kenny

Kenny and Armando got married on May 22, 2021 at the Mansarda winery in Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico. It was a battle for Kenny and Armando to get married. Apart from the resistance they faced from Armando’s family, the couple were denied a marriage license in Mexico even though same-sex marriages were legal in the state. Moreover, Armando and Kenny were forced to delay their wedding due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Interestingly, the couple saw it as a silver lining since they got more time to plan their epic wedding, which is considered the best in the franchise.

It’s been four years since Armando and Kenny got married. However, fans have often wondered why Armando never came to the U.S. to meet Kenny and his family. He also never seemed to hint at moving to America, as if Kenny had indeed gone “The Other Way” for him and was interested in settling in Mexico for good. Meanwhile, there have been rumors that Armando might be banned from entering the U.S. due to a past deportation or visa overstay. Armando’s recent response comes across as vague, suggesting there could have been some truth to the rumors.

However, in March, Armando replied to an Instagram question asking him if he was “banned from the US.” Armando revealed that the question was asked “a lot.” He added, “It’s a process and waiting game.” Armando revealed everything had been approved and was waiting for his interview date. Armando added that the date may or may not take some more time. He doesn’t seem to have a definite answer about when he could finally go to America. However, Armando teased that he and Kenny had found a place they’d want to settle in.

Armando Still Doesn't Have His Spousal Visa

Will Armando Decide Against Moving To The U.S.?

90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way’s Armando’s response suggests that he could be on his way to the U.S. anytime now, even if he has not given a clear answer. Armando didn’t say yes or no when asked if he was banned. Kenny and Armando have danced around addressing the issue, adding to speculation about Armando’s future with Kenny. However, Armando could avoid answering the question due to legal issues. He seems keen on finally meeting Kenny’s side of the family and Kenny’s friends in the U.S. and possibly exploring having a baby there via IVF.
