Jasmine explained that Juance was her older son who lived with her ex-husband and the younger son, JC, was living with her until the COVID-19 pandemic struck. He was having a hard time and had to be taken to the countryside to live with Jasmine’s mother.

Jasmine’s son, JC, was born with special needs. She’d used his condition as an excuse to not have kids with Gino, along with claims that she had to use fertility treatments for his birth, which was an unpleasant experience. There are some theories online that while Jasmine considers Juance as her son, he allegedly isn’t. In June 2024, KikiAndKibbitz claimed Jasmine had allegedly lied about having two sons and using that as a storyline, so fans could sympathize with her. Interestingly, Jasmine made the official announcement immediately after introducing Matt on 90 Day: The Last Resort as her good friend and gym buddy who she didn’t have feelings for but only needed as a “third” in her marriage with Gino to break her dry spell. Jasmine announced through a collaboration post with the official 90 Day Fiancé Instagram account. She had “very special news” for her fans after almost two months of speculation.

Jasmine had kept the pregnancy a secret ever since 90 Day Fiancé blogger Shabooty broke the news on January 05, 2025, after the Tell All for 90 Day: The Last Resort was filmed. It appears Jasmine had walked hand in hand with Matt to the reunion with a pregnant belly, which made it look like she was almost seven months pregnant. Jasmine had been accused of cheating on Gino with Matt previously, and there are rumors that Jasmine was already with Matt before she started discussing having an open relationship with him on the show, for show.

Jasmine did not post often about her kids on social media. She’s never posted about JC at all. However, Juance started making frequent appearances on Jasmine’s page since the pregnancy rumors started online. Jasmine even posted pictures of Juance at a zoo and eating at McDonald's while making it look like he was with her, and she’d finally reunited with him. She claimed that Juance was using her mom’s Instagram account to spy on Jasmine’s Instagram and acting like a toxic boyfriend, asking her questions about her posts.
Jasmine also claimed that her ex-husband was asking her for money so he could take care of Juance when she was filming.
Meanwhile, therealitytvmess recently posted a screenshot of a comment by Gino where she revealed the living situation of his ex’s kids. Gino wrote that Jasmine should be more worried about the children she “abandoned” in Panama, and how she never took responsibility for taking care of them “but instead gave them to families” who were willing to take care of them. Gino confirmed that Jasmine had a Green Card for a year now and still hadn’t visited her kids in Panama. “I feel very sorry for her children, and how they feel now,” Gino added.

Jasmine seems to have had no option but to post an update about her sons amid the various allegations, especially now that she is officially pregnant. Jasmine used her fitness account on Instagram to post a video of her working out with Matt. It was an old video, since Jasmine didn’t appear pregnant. Jasmine again referred to him as her “gym buddy” when he’s always been more than that to her. Regardless, when a fan asked Jasmine about her kids, she had a surprising update to share.
“I recently got the resources I need to get an immigration lawyer and bring them to America.”
Jasmine wrote that because she is not a U.S. citizen and her kids were not “included in my visa petition,” things had become “very hard.” She also blamed the “current political situation” which feels “might favor or not this kind of process.” The 90 Day: The Last Resort star declared that she “won’t live in America anymore” if her kids’ visa gets rejected, and she would “immediately” go back to Panama. She refused to give further details due to contractual obligations.
