As you find yourself in larger battles with multiple opponents, it's easy to find Yasuke trapped. Despite Yasuke's lack of mobility compared to Naoe, this armor gives you a way to reduce the risk of fighting multiple foes at once.

Since Yasuke tends to take a more direct approach to combat, you'll likely sustain more injuries, making health restoration a great alternative to fleeing. This Legendary Armor can be great for fighting large groups of enemies whose Weakpoints are far easier to target for some easy kills.

While this armor's ability is dictated by chance, it almost takes away a dangerous risk found in larger combat encounters.
This armor is extremely useful for fully exploring areas in AC Shadows with many different enemies. If you need Yasuke to flee from a heavily defended fortress, this Armor makes it less risky as half of the projectiles trying to take you out during your retreat could be ignored. This gear allows you to focus on melee enemies more, stand your ground, and have better odds against a diverse group of enemies.

Normally, most of Yasuke's Legendary Armor would prevent you from dying in some way, but the Samurai Daimyo Helmet of Legend has an ability tied to your death. This armor will save you from death once per combat by activating Samurai Stand, a stance for Yasuke that fills him with fury. For a short time, Yasuke enters a frenzy that turns all of his attacks into Posture attacks for roughly 10 seconds.
The Samurai Stand skill is an ability Yasuke can learn by leveling up his Samurai skill tree. This passive ability requires a Knowledge Rank 4 to learn through the Samurai Mastery Path.
Not only does this armor save Yasuke from death, but it also puts him into a state where his attacks do devastating damage against his foes. This effect may not last long, but it gives you one more chance to take out your enemies, retreat, or recover health through some rations. While this armor's ability is limited, it will trigger more often than you think based on how many fights Yasuke tends to get into.

For example, Yasuke could use this armor to one-shot an Elite enemy captain, making a hostile area much easier to approach.
This Legendary Armor can be made even stronger when combined with gear that increases your damage following a headshot. Using a ranged build that buffs long-distance damage can allow Yasuke to reduce enemy numbers fast.
This armor works perfectly when Yasuke hides away from his foes first. With this gear, you can implement a simple strategy to start picking off targets one by one:
- Hide from grouped-up enemies or from an enemy hideout/base.
