Assassin's Creed Shadows: 10 Best Legendary Weapons For Yasuke

If you're looking for the best legendary weapons in Assassin's Creed Shadows for Yasuke, look no further, as these ten are easily the most powerful in their respective classes. Yasuke has two more weapon class options than Naoe, with five total: Long Katana, Naginata, Kanabo, Bows, and Teppo, a rifle-type weapon in AC Shadows. While there are a number of different legendaries to choose from, not all of them are going to be worth your time, as everyone has their unique preferences and play style.

However, these ten legendary weapons in AC Shadows for Yasuke stand above most others of the same type, either because their inherent effects are OP, or because they simply deal way more damage than any other weapon in their class. Overall, the ten best weapons for Yasuke in AC Shadows include options from every weapon type, with the best overall weapon being a legendary Kanabo called the Boulder Fall.

10 Dragon's Wrath

A Legendary Bow With Instant Charge Arrows

First up on Yasuke's top ten weapons list is the Dragon's Wrath legendary bow. This bow has an inherent engraving effect that allows Yasuke to instantly charge his arrows when firing. This is an incredible feature for a Bow because Yasuke can fire off powerful, fully charged shots at a much higher rate than other bows. Even if you don't end up using the bow itself, the engraving is worth tacking on to other bows.

Assassin's Creed Shadows: 10 Best Legendary Weapons For Naoe

With a range of different legendary weapons available for Naoe in Assassin's Creed Shadows, these 10 are easily her best.

The Dragon's Wrath Bow is acquired during the Kurai Eikyou target board assassinations for killing the Tsutsui Agent, who you can track down in Koriyama Castle in the Retainer's Quarters. Dragon's Wrath also has very high Ability damage, making it an excellent option for your best bow for Yasuke even through the endgame, assuming you keep it upgraded.

9 Rage of Red Mist

A Legendary Kanabo Built On Adrenaline

The Rage of Red Mist legendary Kanabo is an excellent, high-damage dealing Kanabo with a unique inherent engraving effect that fills +100% of an Adrenaline Chunk after breaking an enemy's armor. It also deals ridiculous Vulnerable Damage, and you can take full advantage of it by investing in Yasuke's various armor-breaking abilities, such as the Armor Damage Passive in the Teppo tree and the Melee Weapon Armor Damage passive from the Long Katana tree.

You can also invest heavily in the Armor Damage passive once you reach Knowledge Rank 6.

Rage of Red Mist is located in a random legendary chest in the Yamashiro region near the Grave of Buried Hopes, and you'll want to consider slotting the engraving from the Daybreak's Fury Kanabo that sends shrapnel flying when an enemy's armor breaks, dealing 100% damage to nearby enemies.

8 Lethal Lotus Petal

The Best Legendary Poison Long Katana

The Lethal Lotus Petal Long Katana is one of the few poison legendary weapons available to Yasuke, and it has an incredible inherent engraving effect that has a 50% chance of killing enemies below two health segments if they are poisoned. This Long Katana is available relatively early and can be found at Miyanoue Fort in Harima.

Best Samurai Build For Yasuke In Assassin's Creed Shadows

Yasuke is designed as a Samurai in Assassin's Creed Shadows, and this build is the best representation of his character’s melee proclivity.

The fort can be challenging to clear if you're under-leveled, but you can sneak in there if you're careful and avoid any conflict, or enable Guaranteed Assassination for an easy time. If you're interested in a Poison Yasuke build, this is among the only options in terms of Long Katana, but there are other viable legendaries on the list as well, such as the Shade of Blight Naginata below.

7 Sage's Reach

A Legendary Naginata That Stacks Damage

The Sage's Reach Naginata is another legendary weapon for Yasuke and will be available as part of the main story progression in defeating the Onryo (Shinbakufu) targets in AC Shadows. The Sage's Reach Naginata is awarded for killing the Naginata Onryo target, Kagemitsu Mitsuhide. This is an excellent option for the legendary Naginata, and can deal some significant damage.

The inherent engraving effect for the Sage's Reach Naginata stacks +10% damage on the next hit with each block, meaning you can benefit from your defensive moves and annihilate enemies with a counterattack after blocking a handful of their swings.

6 Last Breath

A Legendary Bow For Instant Poison & Bleed Headshots

Since we're on the topic of killing the Naginata Onryo target, I figure the other legendary reward for assassinating him should be included as well, since it is equally as top-notch. The Last Breath legendary Bow is another reward for taking down the Naginata, and it's probablyone of the best bows you've come across so far. This bow has an effect that instantly triggers your special arrow's affliction with a headshot, making it among the best affliction buildup items in AC Shadows.

You'll be able to either one-shot enemies with silent arrows or instantly poison or bleed them out with a single headshot.

This bow alone makes it worth adding a ranged option to any poison or bleed build for Yasuke, as you can either one-shot enemies with silent arrows or instantly poison or bleed them out with a single headshot. There are only a few viable ways to incorporate Yasuke's ranged weapons naturally into a melee build, and this bow and its associated effect are among them.

5 Repeating Fate

A Teppo That Increases Damage With Distance

The Repeating Fate legendary Teppo isone of my favorites for simply dealing massive damage. This Teppo increases damage by +5% per meter of distance between you and your target. This makes long-distance targets a breeze to take down, and can be one of the best options for dealing high damage alongside Yasuke's melee choices.

Assassin's Creed Shadows: Best Build Guides For Naoe & Yasuke (All Play Styles)

There are a number of different build options for every play style in Assassin's Creed Shadows, from a Tools Naoe build to a naked Yasuke build.

2

You can pick up the Repeating Fate legendary Teppo during the Kurai Eikyou target board by eliminating the Akiyama Agent in the northern part of the interior section of Matsuyama Castle. You'll have access to this Teppo pretty early on, which is another bonus. It's also an excellent engraving option for any ranged build, and ultimately, I'd recommend adding it to the last and best Teppo on this list, the Dynasty Ender legendary Teppo.

4 Dynasty Ender

Good Eye, Sniper

The Dynasty Ender legendary Teppo gets my vote for the best legendary Teppo in the game. Not only is it extremely powerful with a ridiculous DPS, but it is also the most practical and effective Teppo for a stealth Yasuke build.

Yasuke is generally not considered to be designed for stealth, but you'll be able to sneak around rooftops with the Dynasty Ender without ever being heard or seen due to its inherent engraving that represses all firing noise.

I wish all Teppo had this ability, which is also why it makes for an excellent engraving option on any other legendary or epic Teppo you come across. However, with its incredible DPS, you're probably better off keeping this upgraded as a ranged option for Yasuke when you get tired of running in and bashing skulls.

3 Crimson's Edge

A Bloody Legendary Long Katana

The Crimson's Edge Long Katana is among the top contenders for Yasuke's best legendary Long Katana and is possibly even the best weapon option overall. Very similar to the Lethal Lotus Petal, this Long Katana affects enemies under two health segments. However, instead of just a 50% chance to kill them, Crimson's Edge is guaranteed to kill bleeding enemies below two health segments, making it an absolutely OP weapon for just about every situation.

The fact that it deals inherent bleed buildup at a very high percentage means you'll be bleeding enemies dry (literally) right and left. This Long Katana is acquired during the Nobutsana's Students target board for defeating Sanada Masatoyo, and is easily my most recommended Yasuke legendary weapon.

2 Shade of Blight

A Poison Naginata For Every Occasion

The Shade of Blight legendary Naginata is easily my favorite Naginata option and probably the most devastating in terms of affliction buildup effects. Its inherent engraving effect gives Yasuke +100% of an Adrenaline Chunk when he triggers affliction, and since it has such a high poison buildup, this will happen quite often on multiple enemies. Therefore, the Shade of Blight is the best-in-slot option for a Yasuke Naginata build.

Best Build For Naoe In Assassin's Creed Shadows

The best build for Naoe in Assassin's Creed Shadows utilizes the Kusarigama and Assassin skills, and has something for every occasion.

The Shade of Blight legendary Naginata is found during the Kurai Eikyo target board as well, by assassinating The Messenger target, who is really easy to sneak up on and assassinate, or you can take him on in a duel to the death if you want to go in Teppo blazing.

1 Boulder Fall

Boulder Fall Goes Bonk

If you are looking for the biggest damage dealing Kanabo in AC Shadows, Boulder Fall is the one for you. This Kanabo does not mess around, touting one of the highest Weapon DPS stats of any legendary weapon in the game. As if that wasn't enough, its inherent effect makes it so Yasuke's attacks cannot be interrupted. I cannot over-emphasize how OP this is when you're actually in the thick of it.

Not having to worry about interrupted swings means nearly every enemy is going to be flying across the map like a rag doll. Boulder Fall is the quintessential Yasuke weapon, and is hands down one of the best Kanabo options in the Assassin's Creed Shadows. If you're looking to take out multiple enemies in a single swing, this is the Kanabo you've been dreaming of.
