During Plenty and Morning time, both Area 6 and 8 in the Scarlet Forest have a Coin Crab and an underwater spawn point for Ancient Wyvern Coins, with another just outside of the entrance to the Area 8 camp atop the first tree climbable by the Seikret. After gathering these, simply fast-travel to another map and back to reset the spawn rates.
For Kilama's trading request, they will request rare items like the Great Windward Aloe that can be a rare drop from Windward Succulents in the Windward Plains, although much more commonly during a Great Windward Aloe Emergence event. The WudWud trading request is a much more reliably found item, but it's more time-consuming given its price of 10 Ancient Wyvern Coins per Sinister Cloth. While it will take some time to gather enough Sinister Cloth to make a full set for you and your trusty Palico in Monster Hunter Wilds, it's better to be prepared when the trade eventually emerges.
