Conte dinner fuels Milan reports

Antonio Conte has further fuelled reports he is ready to get back into management next season at Milan by having dinner with all his staff near the club headquarters.

There were rumours over the last few days on Telelombardia that Conte had verbally accepted the proposal from the Rossoneri, following negotiations directly with new Senior Advisor Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

On Tuesday evening, Conte was spotted having dinner with all of his usual staff members at the Ville Lumiere restaurant in Piazzale Aquileia in Milan.

It raised a few eyebrows, as the fact Conte was sitting down with so many of his co-workers suggested they were discussing the possibility of uniting for a new role.

He has been out of work since terminating the contract with Tottenham by mutual consent in March 2023.

Napoli and Roma had reportedly approached him, but he preferred to take a sabbatical and should be ready to get back into the fray from the summer.
