Disney Dreamlight Valley: All Egg Locations & Respawn Schedule (Eggstravaganza Event)
The annual Disney Dreamlight Valley Eggstravaganza is back this year, bringing with it spring fun and the great Valley egg hunt. The cozy life sim frequently holds seasonal events, and the yearly egg hunt is one I look forward to every year due to its fun bright pastel colors and cute eggy decor. The event has been held every year since the game's launch, with 2025 marking the third Eggstravaganza event in the Valley.
This year, Dreamlight Valley has introduced a new purple egg into the festivities, as well as brand-new decor to craft with it. Sadly, the purple egg is only available in certain realms, so it may not be accessible to all players. The Eggstravaganza will take place this year from April 2 to April 22, during which time you'll have a chance to grow, find, and harvest plenty of eggs for your basket (and spring-themed decor needs).
All Egg Locations During The Eggstravaganza Event
They Spawn Randomly But Within Specific Realms
To make the most of this three-week limited-time event, you'll need to know where to find all the eggs. There are a four different varieties of eggs to uncover this year. Here is where to find every kind of egg during the 2025 Eggstravaganza event in Disney Dreamlight Valley:
- Egg-cellent Fruit (pink eggs) can be harvested from the three Egg Fruit bushes found in the Valley Plaza.
- Spring V-egg-etables (yellow eggs) can be harvested from the Spring V-egg-etable plant, which can be crafted and planted.
- Wild Spring Egg (blue eggs) spawn randomly throughout the Valley.
- Purple eggs spawn randomly in the Moana, Toy Story, Lion King, Beauty and the Beast, and Mulan Realms.

Disney Dreamlight Valley: 10 New Tales Of Agrabah Features You Might Have Missed
Tales of Agrabah brings many updates to Disney Dreamlight Valley, some of which are obvious and others much more subtle but no less exciting.
Three Egg Fruit bushes will spawn in random locations in the Valley Plaza and produce Egg-cellent Fruit. Once you find these bushes, you can move them to another spot in your Valley that's more convenient (or aesthetic) for you.
You can more easily spot the Egg Fruit bushes by entering the Valley decor mode, which will give you a top-down overview of the Plaza without having to walk around.
Spring V-Egg-etable plants produce another kind of egg when harvested. The seeds for these plants can be crafted from 25 Egg-cellent fruit, 1 Wild Sping Egg, and 20 Dreamlight. Once planted, you'll need to water the plants to produce fruit. Harvesting the fruit removes the plant, so more egg plant seeds will need to be crafted and planted in order to continue collecting more Spring V-egg-etables.
All the event eggs can be used in place of regular eggs in recipes, so they're worth picking up even if you don't plan to make any of the limited-edition decoration items.
Wild Spring Eggs spawn randomly around the Valley, while Purple Eggs spawn randomly inside specific Realms. Beginners to the cozy Disney title who want to take part in the event may want to consider unlocking Moana's realm before the other starter Realms, for access to the Purple Eggs. The Wild Spring Eggs can appear in any of your unlocked biomes, so if you're struggling to find any eggs, expand your search beyond the main Valley areas.
All Egg Respawn Times During The Eggstravaganza Event
Eggs Spawn At Preset Intervals
All four types of eggs in the Dreamlight Valley Eggstravaganza event have specific spawn rates and a maximum number that can appear in the Valley at any given time. The respawn times for each type of egg is as follows:
- 3 Egg-cellent Fruit from each of the three bushes every 30 minutes.
- 1Spring V-egg-etable after 30 minutes when watered once, or after 15 minutes when watered twice.
- A maximum of 10 Wild Spring Eggs across all Valley Biomes, respawning every 30 minutes.
- A maximum of 10 Purple eggs in the Moana, Toy Story, Lion King, Beauty and the Beast, and Mulan Realms, respawning every 5 minutes.
Only 10 Purple Eggs will be found across the Realms listed above, so if you don't see any Purple Eggs, try another Realm.
You can earn even more rewards by completing WALL-E's daily and weekly quests for the duration of the event. All the eggs can then be used to craft fun egg- and spring-themed decor pieces like an egg-shaped chair, an arch made of eggs, a potted egg tree to keep in your Valley all year round, and more. The Eggstravaganza event will last for three weeks, at which point the colorful eggs will once again leave Disney Dreamlight Valley until next Spring comes around.
