Sky Sport Italia has published the first picture of Southampton midfielder Carlos Alcaraz in London after completing his medical tests with Juventus.
The 21-year-old is on the verge of joining the Bianconeri on an initial loan deal with an obligation to buy.
He is sorting out his visa before taking a flight to Turin, but he has already undergone medical examinations in London.
Sky Sport Italia transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio has posted the first picture of the 21-year-old midfielder outside a private clinic in London where the 21-year-old underwent medical tests on Wednesday.
