Indiana Jones And The Great Circle Might Look At Its Best On PS5 Pro

Despite being published by Xbox-owned Bethesda Softworks, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle might actually look the best on the PS5 Pro. Indiana Jones and the Great Circle was released for the Xbox Series X/S and PC in December last year, with a PS5 version scheduled to be released on April 17. Even with the game releasing on Xbox first, it looks like the PS5 Pro version could be the most visually impressive one.

According to the PlayStation Blog, the PS5 version of Indiana Jones and the Great Circle will offer PS5 Pro enhancements and unique features that take advantage of the PS5 controller hardware. These upgrades include stable 60 FPS, 4K resolution, advanced ray-tracing (the regular PS5 version will also include ray-tracing), and 3D audio immersion. Additionally, the DualSense controller will take advantage of the haptic feedback and adaptive triggers. The light bar on the controller will also show Indy's status, like turning yellow when entering combat.

Ironically, the PS5 Pro version of Indiana Jones and the Great Circlemay be the best console version of the game, despite the game being owned by Xbox. With native 4K resolution and advanced ray tracing, an already graphically dense and detailed game is sure to look even better. The 3D audio and HD rumble features might make players question if they are listening to voice actor Troy Baker or original Indiana Jones actor Harrison Ford.

Indiana Jones and the Great Circle did have a few graphical bugs and gameplay glitches when the game was first released, with most of those being fixed through patches. But with the advanced hardware of the PS5 Pro, there will hopefully be few to no major bugs at release.

With the game getting even more graphical enhancements for Indy's debut on the PS5, PlayStation fans are likely going to enjoy an even better-looking version of an already beautiful game.

Even if PS5 players don't own a PS5 Pro, the added DualSense features and ray-tracing capabilities are sure to please both PS5 and PS5 Pro owners. Indiana Jones and the Great Circle will enter early access for Premium Edition pre-orders on April 15 and fully release for all PlayStation users on April 17.
