Juventus directors Cristiano Giuntoli and Giovanni Manna were in Rome this week to watch Lazio beat Bayern Munich before meeting with transfer target Felipe Anderson.
The 30-year-old Brazilian winger has entered the last six months of his contract in the Italian capital and hasn’t opened up to a new deal, unconvinced by the terms proposed by Claudio Lotito. He is still a core part of Maurizio Sarri’s squad, seeing almost 2400 minutes of action so far this term.
Juventus’ interest in Felipe Anderson is nothing new and the club have already been in close contact with his sister-agent Juliana Gomes, drawing up a two-year contract with an option for a third worth around €2.5-3m net per season.

Due to his age, and the Bianconeri’s desire to pursue a younger, more sustainable project, the club aren’t willing to increase their salary offer to the winger. For now, the ball is in the Brazilian’s court.
