By 2023, Molly became an Executive Assistant for her company's senior leaders.

While not in the office, she utilized her talents to land a dancers' dream job as an NBA dancer for the Minnesota Timberwolves, where she wowed crowds with her passion and skills. However, her days of dancing on the court are behind her, but she briefly taught an intro to hip-hop class at KLASS, an adult dance class and strength group fitness studio.
