Federico Gatti and Filip Kostic received the lowest ratings from Italian sports papers on Sunday, following Juventus’ 2-2 draw against strugglers Hellas Verona.

Massimiliano Allegri was not the only one blamed by Italian papers on Sunday in the aftermath of a 2-2 draw against Verona at the Stadio Bentegodi.

Gatti and Kostic received the lowest ratings from Gazzetta, Corriere dello Sport and Tuttosport, but the Italian centre-back was the most disappointing Juventus player in Verona as he was rated 5/10 by all Italian sports papers.

Gazzetta noted that Gatti was ‘irritable’ and ran a risk when he hit Michael Folorunsho with his elbow in the first half.

The ex-Frosinone defender was also ‘out of position’ when Tijjani Noslin scored Verona’s second goal in the second half.

Not many Juventus players received high ratings. Wojciech Szczęsny was the Juventus MOTM for Corriere dello Sport, bur received 5.5 from Gazzetta.

Likewise, Andrea Cambiaso was rated 6.5 by the pink paper but Corriere dello Sport gave him 5.5.
