In this detailed Quechua NH500 Hybrid Women’s Hiking Pullover review, I’ll walk you through how the pullover performed for my treks to Sandakphu-Phalut, Kedarkantha, and Ali Bedni Bugyal.

What did I like about Quechua NH500 Hybrid Women’s Hiking Pullover?
Before my first solo high-altitude Himalayan trek to Sandakphu-Phalut in March 2018, I was learning about layering and had planned to buy basic thermals, fleece, and a padded jacket. While shopping, the store staff asked about my trek and mentioned that Sandakphu is one of the windiest trails in India. On his suggestion, I decided to go with the Quechua NH500 Hybrid Women’s Hiking Pullover — and it turned out to be the perfect choice.
The quilted, windproof front kept me warm. The fleece lining added comfort, and the two secure zip pockets were handy for essentials. It is lightweight, soft, and breathable.
Since then, it has accompanied me on Kedarkantha (2020) and Ali Bedni Bugyal (2025), and still feels just as cozy and reliable. With careful dry cleaning and storage after each trek, it has held up beautifully over the years.
What I did not like about Quechua NH500 Hybrid Women’s Hiking Pullover?
There’s nothing major to point out. I’ve always been careful to keep it away from rain or moisture during treks.
Pros
- Excellent quality and durability
- Windproof quilted front
- Stretch-knit back and sleeves
- Soft fleece lining
- Lightweight yet warm
Cons
I did not find any drawbacks.
Final Verdict: Is Quechua NH500 Hybrid Women’s Hiking Pullover worth buying?
This pullover is a warm and reliable companion that stands the test of time. The material quality and durability have truly impressed me. It’s a great pick for anyone who wants a single mid-layer that balances warmth, lightness, and comfort.
