Shanghai is trying to get again the leading position for reform

"We have interactions with the Shanghai authorities, which are very very fruitful," said Carlo Diego D'Andrea, vice-president of the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China and chairman of its Shanghai Board. He also stated that Shanghai is trying to get again the leading position for reform.
