Toxic Town Cast & Character Guide

Toxic Town's cast elevates what was thought to be a legal drama into a compelling character-driven blend of procedure and emotion. The new miniseries features established talents within the British industry as well as some of the most promising rising stars of the decade. Netflix's Toxic Town, cowritten by Jack Thorne (His Dark Materials) and Amy Trigg (Ralph & Katie), takes some liberties in telling the true story of the mothers who prosecuted the council of Corby for disposing of toxic material that caused malformations in their children.

Though its serious premise and short format hinted it could have been lost among Netflix's biggest 2025 shows, Toxic Town is already shocking critics and audiences. Toxic Town's reviews praise the show's usage of the personal to elevate the factual, with its performances and direction offering a tear-jerker story as well as a brilliant eye-opener course on health and pollution. The series adds a series of fictional elements, which successfully bring each character's unique struggle and joyous victory to the forefront.
