Through his Linktree, Johnny lists several promotional offers for his followers that they can obtain by using his code, including a credit card, jewelry, and pickle ball paddles.

Johnny is not as open about his influencer status, but it does appear to be an attempted income stream. Interestingly, Johnny's Instagram account is not verified. Johnny has also remained in the Houston area, where MAFS season 13 took place.

While Johnny continued his MAFS friendships, rumors flew that he was venturing on a romantic journey with another of his MAFS season 13 cast members, Myrla. Like Johnny and Bao, Myrla and her match, Gil, didn't get along throughout their time on the show. Myrla and Gil opted to stay together on Decision Day but swiftly got divorced after and went their separate ways. Johnny and Myrla shut down the rumors and ultimately stayed friends as Johnny found love with Kayla Fischer, who has been appearing in his photos since September 2022. In January 2024, Johnny and Kayla got engaged.

Johnny and Kayla got married in December 2024, and have been sharing joint posts about their wedding day ever since.

Johnny's wife is featured all over his Instagram page, as the pair are settling into newly married life and happy about it.

The pair appear to go on many date nights, but it's unclear if they have plans for children at this point.
